To mark the start of a new and fresh approach to social housing, EDAROTH delivered four modern, spacious family homes for London Borough of Lambeth The homes are embedded in the heart of the community, close to transport links and local services, bringing under-utilised land back to life, for life.

EDAROTH are delivering 12 low energy-use, net zero homes for Raven Housing Trust in well-located areas of the town, providing additive capacity for the housing market.

Via the Climate Smart Cities Challenge initiative, EDAROTH is delivering 25 high quality, net zero in use houses and apartments for Bristol City Council, that have been designed to respond to the local context and fit within the existing residential area.
